Here is how the process works:

  • Within 24 hours of signing up with our team, you will receive an email containing a questionnaire and instructions
  • As soon as you submit the questionnaire and provide us with all that we need, we will prepare your personalized nutrition plan
  • You will receive this plan within 5 days. Your official start date is the day we provide you with your plan
  • On the designated day that you choose each week, we will expect you to provide us with a thorough evaluation of your week and completed spreadsheet (all instructions for this will be in your new members packet)
  • Within 24 hours, we will evaluate your progress and make minor or major adjustments to your plan as needed
  • We are available via email at any time for questions or concerns, expect a response within 24 hours

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Change is directly proportional with the effort you put in. Small effort equals small change; Big effort equals big change.

  • Digital Scale

    Daily weigh ins are important! Make sure you record your weight daily in your spreadsheet and include the decimal.

  • Food Scale

    ​In order to hit your macronutrient numbers as accurately as possible it is a necessity to have a food scale, a digital scale being the best.

  • Camera

    Weekly photos will be needed.​

  • Tape Measure

    We will request certain body measurements to be recorded each week in your spreadsheet.

  • My Fitness Pal (MFP) or another food recording app

    It is critical that you record your daily food intake, allowing you to track your macronutrients efficiently. Please download this app and become familiar with it prior to starting the program​
